Ordering is simple. The DecisionDx-SCC integrated test is indicated for use in patients diagnosed with cutaneous squamous cellcarcinoma (cSCC) who present with one or more high risk clinicopathologic factor.
The test uses tissue from the primary biopsy and does not require an additional procedure.

Testing process
Castle’s Clinical Services team coordinates the collection and shipping of tissue blocks or slides directly from the pathology lab provided on the requisition form. The DecisionDx-SCC test uses the same tissue from the original biopsy or excision, avoiding additional procedures.
Report results
The DecisionDx-SCC integrated test report provides actional information. The test classifies patients with a Class result indicating a low (Class 1A), moderate (Class 1B), high (Class 2A), or highest (Class 2B) risk of metastasis and local recurrence.
Test results are available via our secure online portal within 3-5 business days from sample receipt.
